...salmon fishing...

My husband came home with a couple of chunks of salmon this afternoon. I planned on cooking them tomorrow, but I can't wait. I'll see what he thinks of having them tonight.

The best salmon I ever had was in Alaska at the "Old Anchorage Salmon Bake". It was real sweet and melted in your mouth like butter. It cost an arm and a leg, but it was worth it.
