Here is what they are: fathom.org They are OK for dry climates, but with 100 golf courses constructed in the Palm Springs area and watered daily, not to mention the thousands of pools and hundreds of thousands of trees. . . . they have artificially changed their climate. . . .seriously! So in August, it is just plain miserable.
