Platform Enhanced Through Agreement With CNNSI.com

Inc. (Nasdaq: INSP), a leading global provider of cross-platform merchant and
consumer infrastructure services on wireless, broadband, and narrowband
platforms, and CNNSI.com, AOL Time Warner's sports Web site, the home of Sports

Illustrated, the sports news network, today announced a strategic broadband
agreement.

Under the agreement, multimedia video news from CNN/Sports Illustrated, as well
as other CNN/Sports Illustrated services, including original sports analysis and
commentary, will be integrated with InfoSpace's broadband platform and
syndicated through broadband network providers licensing the InfoSpace platform.
