These are unregulated securities, which makes them much easier. The easy part was pricing the options, the difficult part is creating a contract. Basically the terms and conditions will be governed by our Master Services Agreement, but I was looking for some examples of other contract language before I brought it to our legal department.

Our legal department has extensive experience in telecommunications, but since bandwidth trading, specifically options, is very new, there aren't many people that have specific knowledge relating to bandwidth option contracts. I would venture to say that either I am the first, or without a doubt, one of the first 5 in the industry to write a bandwidth call as a principal.

So, what I was looking for was the general language of an options contract to bring a baseline of information to our legal department so they could either write it out themselves or hire the appropriate legal consultant.
