The IRX indicates 50 bp by tomorrow (75 bp around 60%) and I speculate on the wording being that the FED may cut before nest meeting 25bp if needed, just to keep every one on suspense. B to B is already priced in. see CPQ, GLW after they warned - higher March 21 is a gann date and as things look now markets may go down. Argentina is another accident waiting to happen. BWDIK Haim
