Classy as ever, I see.

When in Rome...

But even counting all the different varieties of each product I still don't come anywhere near 3000.

Those are IRI's numbers...They count the SKUs better than we can.

Coming from you, that's that's a pretty big admission.

You say the sweetest things.

Uh huh. I've been following this thread. Self-esteem is among the very least of the problems around here.

and I thought you didn't care...

What does that even mean? Are you saying that it shows more confidence to be willing to wager someone else's money rather than your own?

Actually I've already wagered all of my money, that I am willing...Yours was all that was left...<g>

Kevin, the shorts seemed to have been making a case for the company running out of money. Although the P&G deal and other things weren't going to let that happen, it at least made a decent argument for shorting. The P&G deal made it attractive for the company to sell their gum manufacturing operation at some net present value and to go about what they have wanted to do all along which is drug delivery systems, research etc...

With three and a half dollars a share in cash, manufacturing costs no longer at issue, expanding sales of Zicam(65% gross margins), 49% ownership of a jv with a billion dollar company (SWMAY), Wrigleys paying them royalty fees, Credit Suisse FB pulling the strings in development of business plans...GUMM just doesn't seem like a great short. Call me crazy.

Looks like the smart money is really loading the boat with GUMM now that Ziscam is one of the "top 5".

LOL!!!
