You forget about the other revenue streams that continue to grow: instore music licence, swap revenues, new advertisers, CD sales, new artist fees, and yes advertising - which as the subscriber base grows will make the advertising more valuable. Why is Ford now advertising on MP3.com?

And all it takes is one major label or AOL/msn partnership and the base grows dynamically.

Wouldn't be short here - we're at the cash base.
