Really though, what I have my friends in Michigan looking into, is...IS THIS SERIOUS? I remember during the energy crisis in the 70's where the government stimulated energy conservation on a State and National level via Energy Tax Credit. Not deductions, but Credits. The World, not the US, not Michigan, not Texas are at an inflection point on how things have been done...and how things will be done in the future. In other words we have before us with the InterNut the historical society changing impact of Bilbus(sp) the ancients word for book, which became know to us as Bible. Then the Guttenberg Printing Press which polofirated Bilbus..and I can't spell, knowledge. Guttenberg, named as the MOST influential human in the last thousand years...for duplication of knowledge on paper via printing press. What this country needs to do is enact. WHAT THIS COUNTRY NEEDS TO DO IS ENACT; DIGITAL DISTRIBUTION TAX CREDITS....RIGHT NOW. For the sending of "information" from paper, the ole printing press way to the next level....this level which I'm making my point on now. BILLS, STATEMENTS, MAIL THE EVERYDAY STUFF WE ALREADY DO, BUT THE LEGISLATION SHOULD CREDIT COMPANIES WHAT THEY SPEND ON IT DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR TO GET IT DONE ASAP. AS IT IS A MANKIND LEAPING KNOWLEDGE THING. AKA BILBUS.
