I don't know if they were exactly fond. I remember I would go to bed rooting for whatever tribe was supposed to protect the pipeline. Reading the press releases from that one tribe leader (can't remember his name) about how he was about to take over Sudan and bring Arakis to its knees etc. etc. Then the thread would debate if he had the manpower to carry out his threat ad nausea. While the other posters were too busy counting all the money they would make once that 1,000 mile pipeline from hell was built. For by god it was the mother of all fields. Was Arakis going to be a 10 bagger 100 bagger or maybe even 1,000 bagger? It was only a matter of time. Then only to be mocked by that short seller (Pluma?), and if that wasn't enough we were shamed by Mr. Fant for our greedy and evil desires and how we were all going to hell for our involvement. Those were the days...... It all got to be too much I finally figured out this wasn't investing it was pure insanity. Sold out a few months before it was taken over. And here I am again.....do I ever learn......
