>>>the big tax stimulus is simply a implementation for speed of adoption.

Absolutely...before the TransContinential Railroad. You had Pony Express for Mail and OverLand Stage for Passengers.

To Call a Digital Distribution Tax Credit a tax subsidisy to big business is Ignorance of history of the conquest of this nation, and of this continent.

ie this Government gave the Railroads what is called the right-of-way and the land for bridging communications and distribution...this credit is chicken shit compared to that, BUT IT WILL MAKE IT WORK...BIG TIME.

Mark'um, my words....somebody will pick it up and run with it.

And the real question is whether <<if not they keep collecting taxes and offer incentives to those who can solve societies most pressing problems in a timely fashion>>

Digital distribution... Is this one of society's most pressing problems? I think not. It is pure corporate welfare to give credits to those who advance it.

Mind you, I think it would be great for some of the stocks that I own, but that is a separate question. I think if the market wants it the market will get it, regardless of the government. In any event, it ain't gonna happen.
