Glenn, Amzn currently has a market cap of $3.7 billion...would you agree with me on that?

I sure would agree.

Whatever happens from now on, only Amzn being liquidated for less than $1 billion could cause me to lose money on those bonds.
I guess what I'm saying is I've bet the Amazon.com brand name is worth 1 $billion. But, I could be wrong.

I can't say I know how to value a brand name. Your guess is better than mine. I have seen firms ruin a good name by trying to operate undercapitalized and then providing terible experiences for the customer. I do not see that being a likely case here so the name should stay as a good name. Beyond that????
