No, it hasn't happened, yet. I'm just worried that the stock is going to go to the 20s, and only then will it become public that the 3G buildout is on hold for a couple of years in N. America and E. Asia.

I've followed the semi-equip and semi industries for years, and, in my experience, companies insist loudly that their capex plans are going forward as planned, right up to the day they announce pushouts. And the stocks usually start going down before the public announcements.
