The Yankowsky's interview didn't really say much. I think it's quite certain that Palm will meet (or exceed) this qtr's numbers - otherwise they would have warned. But the forward-looking statement is the hard part - because the next qtr is supposed to be a strong qtr. I think even Carl doesn't know how to put forth those forward statements right now. It all depends on by how much Greenspan cut the rate. With the new m-series devices, they should do well.

Also the sale of those SD cards should be a very high margin business. Selling eBooks on those cards seems to be a very versatile idea going forward. Right now the most expensive parts of printing a book are the color plates and illustrations. With eBook, the production cost of a book will be drastically cut. I forsee people in the future would just publish eBooks rather than going thro' the hassle of dealing with' a publishing house.
