Shaw,

Doesn't matter what Greenie does today in regards to MGI, I loaded up the boat last Thursday and Friday when MGI was still eligible for the thread. Unloaded the boat already on last weeks buys and only took on a 1/3 position of it yesterday. Will unload it in the morning ASAP.

It wasn't a love affair just a fling. <ggg>

Still very leery about holding things overnight here,

The Canadian Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with
respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Feb. 9, 2001.
Conv. debenture: $433,332
Conv. price: The debenture may be convertible into units comprising
of one common share at 10 cents per share and one half
share purchase warrant exercisable at 25 cents per
share in the first year and at 50 cents per share
during the second year.
Maturity date: Feb. 1, 2003
Warrants
Each warrant will have a term of two years from the date of issuance of the
notes and entitle the holder to purchase one common share. The warrants are
exercisable at the price of 25 cents in the first year of exercise and at
50 cents in the second year of exercise.
The expiry date of the warrants attached to the convertible debenture must
expire by the earlier of the last date for exercising the convertible
security and two years after the date the convertible security was
exercised.
Interest rate: 10 per cent per year
Placees: Three placees participated
Insiders: Kenneth Tetterington, $60,000; Gilbert Chalifoux,
$186,666; and James DuBarry, $186,666
These securities have not yet been issued. The company must issue a news
release if the private placement does not close promptly.
