AS check out DORL = regional bank, pe 14.5, bounced of its 50 dma today. If you follow IBD, its institutional sponsorship has been an A for several months. I'm no expert and correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe out of all the banks, the regionals have the least debt exposer, and therefor could outperform the rest of the financials in the lowering interest rate environment. jmho.
