Mr. Potoczny holds an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, both from the
University of Toronto. He is currently the Managing Director of Shelton Corporation
Limited, an Ontario-based producer and supplier of oil and oil by?products in
Ukraine. From July 1991 to March 1995 he was Vice President of Marketing for
Landford International Ltd., an international trading and real estate development
company. From June 1983 to September 1989, he was a process engineering and
Project Manager employed by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources,
Canada. He has written several reports and has publications relating to oil sands
and Bitumen extraction processes.
Morris Iwasykiw
Mr. Iwasykiw has, from 1972, 1989 and 1995, been the President and CEO of
Trident Food and Chemical Enterprises Inc., Landford International Ltd. and Canada
Building Supply Inc., respectively. These corporations have focused on food and
chemical manufacturing, and property development and management in Canada
and international trade, manufacturing and development primarily with Ukraine.

has extensive experience in the oil & gas industry. He currently serves as President
and Chief Executive Officer of Energy North Inc., a public company listed on the
Exchange. Mr. Edgar served as Vice President Exploration for Chauvco Resources
and was later elected a Director and Vice President Exploration for Harbour
Petroleum Company Limited, a public oil & gas company listed on the Toronto
Stock Exchange. Mr. Edgar has worked extensively in the Western Canadian Basin
for more than 20 years and, in addition, has been responsible for the conception,
planning and implementation of many successful exploration, exploitation and
acquisition programs in Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

corporate and intellectual property law. He has been admitted to the bar in Alberta
since 1974. He is a member of the Board of Directors of several corporations. From
July to December, 1991, Mr. Hirsche was chairman of the board of MSR Exploration
Ltd., a public oil and gas company formerly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange
and now listed on the American Stock Exchange.
