My view is -- If we get 1% chance-- fair.. we get to rally to 1178-82, fail and re-test 1138 and bounce to 1188 area.. If we get .5% chance-- most probable, AG will not give in to the gun held on his head, he knows economy and liquidity is good and he knows that we will see better days.. we fall to 1118-28 area and I think we still bounce to test that 1180 resistance a fair one too.. if we are uanble to take out 1155 we may see 1180 taken out, it may be construed as a vote of confidence by FED in hte economic outlook of hte nation.. We get .75%- chances- 30%- I would think that we may still break on resistance at 1185ish like in case of 1% and this volatility id playable interday..overall i expect that by Friday a rate cut will help hte market over ocme this 1180 resistance..the amount of liquidity may and shall help.. Phillip trading at 15 time P/E is no more a out of the world valuation stocks, moreover forward guidance is better although present numbers ar worst..

I will work on it closely, and try to get some thing good out of it.. On SOX, Phillip's today came out with warnings in Europe but assured that they will do well going forward, in my opinion, SOX is not any more the main index to watch, it is IIX, we may see weakness in SOX if it hits below 540 to 480 but the real thing is brewing in IIX, if we regroup at certain level say 174 the ensuing coup can be great..
