Ampex Unit iNEXTV Signs Syndication Deal With MotorCities.com

MotorCities.com To Feature iNEXTV's Original Streaming Video Series ``Zero To 60 With Ted West''

INTERNET WIRE -- iNEXTV Corporation, the premier producer, aggregator and syndicator of video for the Internet and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ampex Corporation (Amex:AXC - news), today announced it has signed a syndication agreement with MotorCities.com, Inc., a worldwide community of motoring enthusiasts, built by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts, to syndicate iNEXTV's original weekly streaming video series ZERO TO 60 WITH TED WEST to MotorCities.com's 210,000 unique visitors per month.
iNEXTV's ZERO TO 60 WITH TED WEST takes the viewer behind the wheel, as Ted West, award-winning contributor to Road & Track, test-drives all the cars you'd love to own. The market is bursting with exciting cars, and iNEXTV's ZERO TO 60 WITH TED WEST will help viewers make all the fine distinctions and right choices.

Following on the heels of iNEXTV's recent syndication announcement with CarTrackers.com, the agreement with MotorCities.com increases iNEXTV's distribution network and advertising inventory, while also providing added-value content to MotorCities.com and its users. Both companies will share revenue from advertising, generated from in-stream video commercials and banners associated with the programming.

Using iNEXTV's custom player window to serve the video, MotorCities.com will supply users with co-branded, interactive programming, which includes: iNEXTV's ZERO TO 60 WITH TED WEST, iNEXTV's CAR-RIZZMA, a daily show which looks at the most exciting, glamorous and sought-after cars in the world - including classic cars, collectibles and car-coolness of every kind; and iNEXTV's THE CAR SHOW, a daily show which allows viewers to test-drive the latest Ferrari, lap Monaco in a Grand-Prix car and talk racing with Stirling Moss.

Programming began earlier this month.

All programming is encoded, hosted and streamed via iNEXTV's custom player window streaming and advertising video interface. The player window utilizes Ampex's proprietary video technology to provide high quality video with multi-level advertising and branding opportunities. All of the programming is accessible to users of Microsoft Media Player (Nasdaq:MSFT - news) and Real Networks Real Player (Nasdaq:RNWK - news).
