We could have the barges in place and crankin' by June 1. Trouble is that it takes more than $3 million to get 'em there. My suggestion was to move there on speculation that the Lefties will be begging for kilowatts when they get a taste of the cave man days without power. If the barges are already sitting there I suspect they will run 'em...at least on a temporary basis. If they aren't already sitting there -- it's too late.
