Did you notice that the CDMA2000 6000 series chips are going to be ready substantially earlier than any GSM, WCDMA and GPRS chips? I wonder if this is a thought-out tactic designed to give CDMA 2000 a time advantage. I can't help but think that Q is putting its resources behind its brand and giving WCDMA short shrift, particularly as Dr. J thinks it will be delayed anyway.

Why help WCDMA in its race to market?
