Impossible to know, but we sure aren't overbought going into it!

Wasn't today the stupidest day you've ever seen in the market ? Even by the standards of the past year this was an extremely bad day. It seems people just don't know which direction to take. First a rally, then sell-off, then rally, then panic big time. All within one hour. What the hell is this? How did these idiots get enough money to get into stocks in the first place? And why are they dumping all their shares at a big loss?

I think with the $5 trillion lost from the market, it will be months before people accumulate enough savings to throw into the market again. And in the mean time, much frustration.
