I believe the following stocks are at or near bottoms and starting the base building process. LU, ORCL I believe the following stocks have found support and might be able to be placed in the base building group. NTAP in the high teens, SEBL in middle 20's BEAS 30 or so. Stocks I want to own when the base are built and ready to rebound, CIEN, JNPR, SEBL, NTAP, BEAS, EMC, QCOM (I already own some of these as trades or have written puts on them) maybe MERQ, CHKP and VRTS Greg
