Kudlow on CNBC says watch for a $30+ pop in Gold prices - ... as a sign that the Fed is adding Liquidity & imho - he's gonna see it soon. Whodathunkit ? PS: US Dollar is forming a head & shoulders chart imo: stockcharts.com Left shoulder - is 112 nearterm & 104 mid term Head - is 119 high Right nearterm shoulder - is forming here at 115 & would have been a classic identical Left shoulder formation of 112; other than the expected "flight to safety" move ie: the Dow's 2nd shoe collapse, Japanese Bank Risk etc... the US DOLLAR "should" be the "initial" (keyword there) flight to safety haven... but just give it time... Right midterm shoulder will set up on the coming "over bought US Dollar" pullback & will set up a longerterm break back to sub 100 - maybe the 96ish support level imo. Q1 Tech Reporting will open the NAZ trap door for final capitulation & Gold breaks thru $272+ and begins it's stairstep move thru $300-$325. .... ya hear that George Cole (VBG) ?
