Greeny could have went a full point and bailed the market and the economy out. But no,he is too stupid. The market was telling the FED it needed 3/4 and they would not give in. If I were still playing the market I would rather have had 1/4. At least that would give a massive sell-off in the market and maybe give the market the capitulation it needs. With 1/2 the market will remain in a downtrend. dawg
