My thinking is they need to cut to get us back to where we were last year at this time. I think that is another 25 basis points, which would have fit in well this time around, but don't get me wrong...I'm happy to see this cut and agree that another cut will be coming next month if conditions warrant. Doing it this way allows for another 50 basis point cut without creating to much of a stir...IMO.
