As for showing a link, that called "cut and paste."

In outline, it's as follows:
1. Highlight the link or words involved.
2. Pull down "edit" window above.
3. Hit "Copy" command.
4. Go to where you want to show the link, or words etc.
5. Place the cursor where you want to show the link or words.
6. Pull down the "Edit" window again.
7. Click on "Paste" command.
8. Voila.
