been thru this with another co. common stock zeroed. new stock issued as part of restructuring, typically private. current shareholders get zip. not sure on preferred stock (psixp) unless they convert to public before zeroing out. i dumped on announcement. amazes me there are still buyers. happened just like this with other co.
