I'm not in disagreement. My feelings have always been If greenspan acts aggressively we're going north fast. His response was muted but probably fine in the long run. Therefore the rocket rally probably won't happen but we could trend higher and some more short squeezing should occur on those too aggressive to the downside. Though I sold some on the upticks this morning (LU, ADBE, SCNT) I'm holding the rest for higher prices and will buy on any re-test of last friday. Obviously I was hoping for more but I'm not pessimistic. I don't sense any panic and agree that the three rate cuts could amount to a wave of new cautious optimism.
