OT - Greenspan

Remember last year when the last half-point hike was viewed as breathlessly extreme, after a constant dribble of quarter-point ones?

Now, we look at Fed moves of half to whole points as lethargic. I'm surprised that Greenspan hit a three-quarter point drop in January, given his gradualist tendencies. I figure he's as wary of overdamping as he is of underdamping. Both are bad.
