Ted <After watching this selloff, I am thinking of going to cash.> You have cash left? Man, I am one lucky guy - for the first time in my life. I sold SO MUCH of my holdings in late January for the house. The flip side is, how much is my home now worth?? Just got back from Sunny So Cal, avoided the blackouts. I was Beverly Hills adjacent - when they had their blackout yesterday. We had dinner there later that night. It was hilarious listening to all of the snoots complain about going without electricity for a stinking hour. "Do they KNOW who we are?" kind of crap. It was great. Dave
