Spek, PB and Peter. I agree with all. There were some signs but I was too stubborn to see. I felt that since CRXA purchased the company there was additional due dilligence. What I didn't realize is that CRXA was so weak they had no choice but to roll the dice. I still believe in the molecule but am concerned that the FDA filing is so screwed up they may never get it approved. What a tragedy for those with this disease.

So there were indeed some warning signs - the trouble is they were stacked up against very good clinical results.

Probably the hardest part in walking the biotech minefield, especially in the current market condition. Wasn't the large short interest a clue that I ignored, too?
