P.P.P.S Comprehend??

Barely. But I do agree with you that cheap networks in China are needed. I think the nascent WLL scheme in India is a good model and will be followed where appropriate, i.e., in poor rural regions where hardline 'phones do not exist. The richer parts of the country will clearly be served by more sophisticated systems.

The Q should be in both the upscale and downscale markets. It is clearly the way to go.

OTP: JohnG, Carranza, how I wish

you could follow the finnish "60 minutes" which takes
2 hours, no advertisements, a heated but orderly,
not very entertaining debate, cutting through most of
society, Nokia, tax cuts, health care and education,
this very moment on finnish democratically regulated TV.

(the advertisement on this capitalistic, free speech and
advertisement based channel are, for this program, cut out
to somehow compete with the one who doesn't have
advertisemnts at all, like US PBS and CSPAN)

Ilmarinen.

Somebody, please bless BBC, Brian Lamb as well as
QCOM, Motorola too (good night, sleep well)
