gc: Investors in the Tech sector should be grateful that the valuations of their stocks are well above historical bear lows or near low PE's or PSR's that match declines in other sectors. In the Energy sector during the downturn , they drove the P/E of some Companies to 6 for the year even when the earnings where near $2. (SDC). We have not seen such savagery in the TECH's. Nevertheless, a risk exists that weak Tech's may find their prices collapsing to conform to previous bear valuations.
