This next countertrend move should be a big one. All that sideline cash + lots of shorts covering and looking for higher prices + MM's stuck with inventory looking to sell to suckers at highly inflated prices + Japan trying to jack prices up before mark to market.

I'm going to base the extent of our next rally on the pattern that I posted earlier.

My guess is a closing low at 1700ish (1690?). That's 41% off of our Jan 24 high of 2859 and a 41% countertrend rally to 2388, just where all this hell started.

This Friday will mark 1 year to the day that we hit 5078 on the Nas and hit the earth in a firey ball. Maybe we'll have a repeat this Friday but with a low?
