Capitulation?

I sense that a few people are losing confidence in the market. The margin folks have to be just about gone. The shorts should have enough money to retire by now.

Maybe this will be the week when the market bottoms? Who knows. Looking at a DOW monthly chart, it doesn't even look oversold.

The futures do not start trading till 4:30 PM. Your post was posted at 4:10 PM (before there is any indication from the futures market for tomorrow). The 200 and 100 numbers you noted were just reflecting what had already happened.
