of funding and begging, congressional budget debates,etc.

Bless Brian Lamb, Nixon and CSPAN, first with real video
coverage and now getting larger and larger hard drives
to archive the most informative 1-8 hour long soundbites.
( I always try to catch the one with 2 hours of
grassroot campaigning and a poor candidate doing "how are
you", "fantastic", shake-shake, for the whole 2 hour,
archived segment.
