Bill: Sorry for the acronyms. EM=E-Mail, IM=Instant Messaging. OT: On the COMS claims - nothing yet. I got my certified mail receipts back though. The attorney I spoke to in Feb said it would take them some time to computerize all the claims, get supporting info from those who failed to provide it with their application (she said that they'd give people a second chance to "get it right"), and then figure out the distribution of the settlement fund. I haven't bothered to try and find out if the lawyers got their 25% rip off cut, because I expect they did. David T.
