I2 My original thesis still stands...these rate cuts are rocket fuel for the equity markets. One day does not a market make. The rate cuts will take effect and the markets will significantly rise. The best quote I heard was that even dogs need positive reinforcement once in a while...this was someone commenting on the markets reacting to purely negative news these days and how it was wearing this person out. Markets turn on a dime...
