Really Bernard, you know, I heard a rumor too ....

That Abby J. Cohen changed her model portfolio .....

from to 65% credit card debt to 70% credit card debt. <gg>

Moving right along ....

I'm reading US News & World Report. It's got a bear on the cover. Not sure what that's all about. I think they're trying to tell me something before its too late....

According to US News, there's $2.3T sitting in money funds. That's almost enough money to get even OTCBB stock promoters excited ! All we needs is just a little bit of good news, like "CNBC to change format from Business News Channel to around the clock Baywatch Channel" . That should be good for a 500 point NASDAQ rally.

Sooooooo on page 8 there's a story about 25 congressmen ... who live in their offices .... because they can't afford an apartment in DC (and maintain a residence in their home district) on their salary). It's not a cheap place to live. Hmmmmmm .... maybe I could make some extra cash renting out a spare room.

Well I was saying as early as Dec 1999 that the market was insane.

I don't feel that they are yet insane on the downside. I wonder though if we can actually hit the opposite extreme 16 or 18 or 24 months later. Unlikely, but who knows.
