Whoops! Sorry! I didn't check your posts and thought you were a liberal.

Term limits is the law in California. Willie Brown, a liberal's liberal, was speaker of the Assembly and had been for years. He was from San Francisco and would probably never have been defeated. Term limits gt rid of him.

OTOH, term limits brought us the legislature that passed the California electricity deregulation law.
