At least often enough to prove there's an institutional and (in my opinion) unhealthy bias. Only way I can see around an institutional bias is an institutional check on it. Yeah, but that check doesn't have to be term limits. Message 15537977 You need to be a liberal to appreciate the Slick argument. Then it makes you cry. As far as needing a Constitutional amendment, I'm not sure SCOTUS has ruled definitively that states can't set them for themselves. Are you? We need a lawyer. (This site is crawling with them isn't?) I believe states are not allowed to place such limits on federal offices.
