The KOPDQ scan? I don't use it. The idea, as I remember it, was to go long -- never short -- with the most volatile stocks with the highest trade rate, at the height of the bull market, right before the crash. It may have worked for some. The funny thing is that it, too, had a 20/20 Hindsight system for reporting results: an Excel spreadsheet at the end of the day showing all the top trades that might have been, ranked in order of performance. Many seemed greatly impressed.
