<How many people out there do you think are in debt but still in the market,>

Many. Since when has being debt free been a requirement to invest? Invest long term, not gamble allhypenorevenue.com
Are you yourself debt free? I just don't think that is a fair requirement to be debt free. Could be student loan debt at 5%. Could be 2nd mortgage and tax deductible to arrive at 5% net. Whichever and whatever. Investing or not, if you carry consumer credit card debt for any extended time it is highly detrimental to your future financial well being. That cannot be argued. As equally detrimental as not investing at the earliest point in life possible can be.

<and some on margin(even if it is only 10%).>
Controlled use of margin can be good. A good deal. A low cost means of acquiring cash fast without loan fees, processing charges, and scheduled repayments, lower rates too that a bank line of credit, 2nd mortgage, or consumer loan. Key word is controlled use. With a keen eye towards what you have margined against. If it is allhypenosales.com then you already have trouble. Not form the mergin, but from the initial investment choice.

<Should those people be invested in this or any other market under any other conditions? >

Yes. Although they should strive to pay off any consumer debt as soon as possible.
