Creating a stable computing environment is laudable. I firmly believe in that myself. Close to 20 years in computing, most of it in the enterprise arena, taught me a thing or two about stable platforms. However stability of your platform will not ensure that Quote.com and their 'blame the data provider' S&P Comstock will deliver quotes to you on time. i hope one of the big online brokers buys this product before portals go the way of the dinosaur or MSFT eats them all alive.
