Shaw, What was Kernan steaming over - somebody steal his Krispy Kreme or somethin'? I was down in Vegas early January (those KK's are good - coming to Canada...); the casino atmosphere in Vegas had the same feel as the markets these last few months. Not because of overvaluation but because of Greeny's sitting back while the economy went to hell - let's not forget the election delays preventing FED action ;-). Yeah right! I consider myself principally an investor but it's hard to stay focused with such a short horizon, especially in the media. CNBC has trivialized the pain being felt by some out there; my guess is there are a number of people who went broke on tech stocks. I wouldn't be surprised to see Microsoft lead the Naz out of this - a lucky break on their court case might help. That anti-trust case is kind of what started all of these tech jitters so who knows what effect it might have if that case were dropped. (uh oh I feel a Shack flame headed my way) Oh well, I personally hope to still have some dough for KK's when they make it up here. Later, Rob PS I love Tim Horton's too so no flames please!
