I suppose its only going to be nasty for people fighting the trend.

Still, just musing here - Today's net performance may be as simple as traders having ramped the market up yesterday making it dangerous and short-term costly ground to defend.

I could see a diabolical scenario develop in the am - a gap down and a strong rally across the board would really shake up things.

Its not hopeful thinking or anything of the short - I care not which direction it moves although I certainly would prefer price not move sideways ;)

I'm just trying to think of scenarios at turning points that will upset or surprise more people. That's about the only one I can come up with, at least not without more wine. The alternative - keep on selling down, seems to be universally expected now.
