And here I was thinking it was related to all the post-IPO Bimmers in the company parking lot...

John, Yankowski said on the interview that "m" on the m-series stand for "mobile", i.e. non-wireless models. So when you see "m", it means no wireless built-in.

Great. More confusing terms.

("Mobile" meaning not connected wirelessly conflicts with the existing use of "mobile" in the term "mobile commerce," meaning e-commerce transactions done on mobile devices that are connected wirelessly.)

Will wonders (of stupid terminology decisions) ever cease?
