CAPITULATION is that what we had those last 2 hours?? NASD did some 1 billion from 2 pm- 4 pm.

Is this a sign we will rally from this point in the near term?

Some thoughts on Tuesdays: MASSIVE SPIKE IN arms INDEX, AND VIX as volume swelled. Japan rallies 900 points, our futures now positive for both NASD 100 and Dow. Also never in the history of the fed easing has the market tanked after a 3rd move down adding up to 150 basis points within 90 days!
