INTC MC is about 25 times that of AMD. 2. INTC's MC is 5 times its projected Y2001 revenues while AMD's MC is 1 times its projected Y2001 sales. 3. AMD's projected eps for Y2001 is 4 times that of INTC. (Remember a year ago Paul when you were saying that AMD's eps would be no more than 1.25 times that of INTC...Wrong again) I really hope that INTC bottoms out at $25, 'cause on the basis of the foregoing macro stats, one can make a case that AMD should be priced, conservatively, at a level about 4 times that of INTC...

Another way of stating the foregoing: If AMD is fairly priced at $23, INTC should be $6.00!!! What do you think, Paul??? Paul, any chance that AMD's eps will be at least 4 times that of INTC in Y2001...Maybe even infinitely greater (i.e INTC negative earnings in Y2001???)if INTC's performance doesn't turn around soon...
