Interesting. The man makes 3200 times more than his blue collar workers (if their average paid workers, might be less in Canada), and he made an announcment earlier in the year that he was going to cut cost by laying 2,700 people off.

If Roth didn't take his compensation last year, he could have added 3 cents to the bottom line EPS #. How much did they miss by last quarter?

Roth should give company back $50 million and invest the other $50 million in nt stock. if stock quadruples he comes out an enormous winner again. and it is a sign of leadership, fairness, contriteness, good faith, confidence in the company.
